Your uncle has left you his old freight yard in rural Australia. The bad news is that the debt on the property is now yours as well.

The job itself is fairly simple. Purchase unclaimed freight lots, open them up and see what you get. Some items can be sold straight away, while others will need to be appraised or repaired first. Anything genuinely useless can be thrown in the recycling bin for a little extra money.

Use the money you make to improve the yard, unlock and upgrade the different workstations, and restore the old family home. You will also need to keep up with the weekly debt payments. Fall behind for too long and the property will be repossessed, leaving you with nothing.

There is plenty to find around the property, and you can leave the yard whenever you like. Whether that is actually a good idea is another matter.
