OVERVIEW

Vanguard's Descent is a 3D action roguelite where you build a party of heroes, fight through branching dungeons, and combine character abilities and upgrades into powerful team synergies.

COMMAND THE VANGUARD

• Master a combat system that blends real-time action with tactical decision-making.

• Dodge enemy attacks and look for openings as combat unfolds in real time. Activate powerful abilities, choose your targets, and command your three-hero party.

• Learn enemy attack patterns, time your abilities, and coordinate your heroes to defeat increasingly dangerous enemies.

BUILD A DIFFERENT TEAM EVERY RUN

• Recruit heroes with unique combat kits and choose from multiple archetypes that change how each character plays.

• Throughout each run, collect randomized upgrades and combine their effects to create powerful synergies between your heroes.

• Experiment with different characters, archetypes, and upgrade combinations as you develop new strategies and push deeper into the dungeon.

EXPLORE BRANCHING DUNGEONS

• Fight your way through a series of distinct environments, each with its own enemies, encounters, and atmosphere.
