About the game
A stranger texts your phone by mistake. You could ignore it, the way everyone ignores everything now. Instead, you answer. Angel Offline is a short visual novel about one accidental conversation that becomes something more, told entirely through the messages you choose to send.
Original Steam description
Your phone buzzes, receiving a message from a number you do not know, meant for someone who is not you.
You could leave it. Everyone leaves everything now; one more notification in a feed of advertisements and spam that never stops.
You reply instead.
Angel Offline is a short visual novel about a wrong number that turns into a real conversation. There are no social media profiles, no feeds to scroll through, no algorithm deciding what you see next. Just two people typing to each other, in a world awash in digital noise.
The more you talk, the more you want to keep talking, and the more you start to wonder who is really on the other end.
You tell the story from your side of the screen, and every message is a choice. Be warm or guarded, open or careful. How you answer shapes where the conversation goes and how it ends. It remembers how you treated him.
✦ A complete story told entirely through messages.
✦ Authentic texting experience.
✦ Short enough for one sitting.
✦ Free to play.
Somewhere out there, a stranger is waiting for anyone to answer.
Someone finally did.
