Daybots ist ein kooperatives Kolonieaufbau- und Tower-Defense-Spiel: Baut eine Kolonie auf, automatisiert ihre Industrie und haltet solarbetriebene Roboter in Schach, die bei Einbruch der Nacht erstarren. Gebt Befehle aus der Vogelperspektive oder schlüpft in der Egoperspektive in die Rolle eines beliebigen Kolonisten – allein oder mit bis zu drei Freunden.

Daybots is a cooperative tower defense game with automation. A group of colonists lands on an unknown planet, names it, and starts building. The early days are peaceful. Then the robots wake up: they attack by day, run on sunlight, and freeze at night, when your engineers can take them apart for parts.
You run the colony from above, and you can take over any colonist in first person at any time. Every colonist can do every job. They get better at what they do, their clothes change color to show it, and the good ones earn names. Up to four players, online or split-screen.
It's optimized for keyboard and mouse, or controller, with couch co-op or online multiplayer through Steam.
There's an in-game feedback key to send the developers issues to take care of.
