About the game
The house always wins. Your son always pays.
Family Gambling is a first-person narrative management game with a PlayStation 1-era look. You’re a widowed father, a retired surgeon, and a gambling addict about to lose your apartment. At the casino, chips can be bought with money... and with something else.
BY NIGHT, GAMBLE
Roulette, blackjack, poker, dice, slots, Rocket, and more. Every game has its own way to cheat, but if security catches you, you lose the rest of the night.
SACRIFICE TO KEEP PLAYING
Out of chips? Take an organ from your son. Every sacrifice leaves him more vulnerable to hunger, thirst, illness, and death.
BY DAY, SURVIVE
Go home and face the consequences. Buy food and water, pay rent and bills, get medicine, and keep your son alive until the next night at the casino.
FEATURES
Sacrifice your son’s organs and limbs in exchange for chips
A wide variety of casino games with unique mechanics and ways to cheat
Manage your home: rent, utilities, food, and medicine
Look after your son’s health, which worsens with every sacrifice
Live inside the mind of an addict, where every problem looks like another bet to win
A grim retro 3D world inspired by the PS1 era
A world and a home that change with your decisions
Multiple endings
HOW MUCH OF YOUR SON ARE YOU WILLING TO BET?
Surviving without sacrifices takes planning, skill, and luck. The casino always wants something in return. What are you willing to give?
Note: Family Gambling deals with dark themes (harm to a minor, gambling addiction, violence). It does not promote gambling and will never ask you for real money. If gambling is a problem for you, please seek help.
