Original Steam description
Who's Calling? is a psychological horror game about a woman who can't say "no" — not even to someone who calls too often.
Naomi is 26. She works in HR and has just come back to her apartment in a quiet Japanese town after months away. A calm building, her cat, the usual evening routine. Except someone walks around upstairs at night — and the fifth floor has been empty for a long time.
Then the calls begin. Unknown numbers. A payphone that rings on its own. Messages from people who know far too much about her. Naomi keeps telling herself everything is fine — she's just tired, she's just imagining things. But the little things around her keep changing.
And at some point the question is no longer why they keep calling you.
It's why you still pick up.
An everyday life that starts to crack
Office work, grocery runs, the walk home through empty alleys, dinner, a cat to feed. Ordinary chores — and any of them can hide something that isn't quite right.
Your phone is your lifeline — and the threat
Messenger, news, calls. You use your phone to talk to your friend, your mom and your coworkers. The one watching you uses it too. Try to catch him on camera — if you're fast enough.
Notice the details
Something out of place, a sound that shouldn't be there, a strange message. What you miss may come back to you later.
Hide and listen
When he gets too close, it's too late to run. Lock the doors, stay quiet, hide in the closet — and listen to the footsteps.
Choices matter
Who you tell the truth and who you lie to decides how the story ends. Multiple endings.
Mini-games on the laptop
Work reports, office games — and a few things you probably shouldn't have clicked.
