User.exe ist ein psychologisches Horrorerlebnis, das in WinShade spielt, einem vergessenen Betriebssystem aus den frühen 2000ern. Darin lebt User, ein gefangener virtueller Assistent, der um Hilfe beim Abschluss einer gescheiterten Mission bittet: einen Virus zu installieren, der Admin vernichten soll – ein Wesen, das mit urbanen Legenden und vermissten Menschen verbunden ist.
