Without a legal business license, cook and serve diners while staying alert for inspectors — survive by balancing business and evasion.
Purchase ingredients, prep them into semi-finished products. Follow city customer location & timing intel to sell barbecue.
Fulfill customer orders within the time limit to earn their likes.
