Unique faction abilities and playstyles
Every nation comes with its own unique mechanics and abilities — from taming colossal beasts and building networks with distant nations, to researching military provisions and expanding the Great Wall, and much more.
The nation's ultimate goals are many and varied!
You can seize control of half the world's territory, produce enough food to feed the entire world, reduce the global refugee count to its absolute minimum, or spread an espionage network across the world and dominate it all! The situation shifts constantly—don't fixate on a single objective.
Over 1,500 characters, each with unique abilities
Every character has their own decree cards, tactic cards, and personal preferences and ambitions. Win them over, use them, and make them the cornerstone of your stable regime!
The entire map is a battlefield
A deep war-chess system where you weaken the enemy by breaking down the tiers of their troop formations.
Each cultural sphere has its own unique festivals and celebrations—put them to good use!
Characters follow many different paths, and even an unremarkable figure can reveal astonishing potential!
Painters and writers produce unique works, prospectors can discover new mines, educators can train other characters, wanderers drift unpredictably, martial artists roam the land honing their martial skills and perfecting their own dojos... Countless possibilities await your exploration.
The times are turbulent—take control of the world's refugee numbers!
Wars, plagues, famines, and other national crises all affect the global refugee count. Taking in refugees in moderation can strengthen your nation, but excessive intake can lead to unrest and a breakdown of public order.
When the world's refugee population exceeds a certain threshold, who knows what might happen to the world then...
Schemes and intrigue—stage a coup!
Infiltrate enemy strongholds with spies, carry out a variety of operations, and finally spring the trap to launch a coup.
