Original Steam description

PROJECT SPOOKY

A developer disappeared while working on this game. The only thing he left behind was an unfinished build.

Álvaro Llorente was creating Project Spooky, a horror game set in Casa da Fonte and built around the stories of those who passed through it.

Some time later, his files reached Team 237, a small independent studio dedicated to investigating, documenting and recovering unfinished, abandoned or unreleased videogames.

This is what we managed to reconstruct.

Project Spooky is a first-person psychological horror experience divided into seven chapters. Explore its spaces, reconstruct events through objects, sounds and documents, and discover puzzles and hidden secrets that will make you question everything that happened at Casa da Fonte.

Combat is not a gameplay system. The experience focuses on exploration, observation and interpretation, using an interface based on Horror Engine.

FEAR DOESN'T APPEAR. IT IS CONSTRUCTED.

Each chapter presents an independent situation and a different mechanic.

A mirror may show you something that does not exist outside its reflection.

Sound may guide you towards something you have never seen.

Light may protect you... until you understand what it is really keeping away.

And the same house may not always be the same house.

You do not need to understand everything in order to move forward.

You probably should not try.
