Original Steam description

climb a corrupted mountain, restore its nature, and build a character powerful enough to reach the summit. Each run brings new upgrades to discover, new synergies to exploit, and new challenges the mountain throws your way. Fall, learn, grow stronger, and climb again.

Climb walls like an insect or launch yourself from rock to rock to reach the top. Manage your stamina—wall angle, leap distance and obstacles all influence stamina usage. Plan your climbing route and react skillfully to unexpected dangers on the wall. If you fall too often, the game is over!

Use the nectar you’ve collected to create powerful plants as you climb. Grow platforms, stamina-boosting vines, or healing roots. Use them at the right moment to overcome the steep mountain walls.

Each run offers new upgrades that shape your climb. Find the best synergy for your run to make it to the top: boost your stamina, increase your nectar reserves, or become resilient enough to face any danger.

Every successful climb restores the mountain’s natural state bit by bit. New plants grow, the environment comes to life, and new challenges await you. Heal the mountain and discover the diversity of Mountkin!

The mountain is overgrown with extraordinary flora. Some plants boost your stamina or let you climb faster, while others steal your nectar or attack you! Each altitude zone of the mountain offers a new procedurally generated environment to master.
