About the game
A disgraced captain, a wanted murderer, a haunted nurse: three outcasts shipwrecked on shores that shouldn't exist, changed by powers they don't understand. Driftbane is a tactical RPG of grid combat, recruited beast-folk allies, and a creeping corruption killing two worlds.

Rewarding Tactical RPG Combat with no random encounters.
Work the angles, answer attacks with counters and keep your party standing with timely healing. Each companion gives you another way to handle the fight. Each victory over the corrupted will loosen the corruption in your zone.
Strengthen your spirit bond
Find Driftborn shrines scattered across the world and complete challenges to strengthen your bond with the spirits and unlock new special abilities.
Equip yourself to fight the corruption
Find a variety of weapons and accessories of varying quality from enemy drops, chests, quests and vendors.
Get to know the Driftborn and the story of the world
Story is presented primarily as you control your party in exploration or combat. No exposition dumps. Find what drew you here and why the Driftborn and their allies are immune to the deadly corruption spreading through these mysterious shores. In the end you'll be forced to make an impossible choice.
Cleanse the corruption
As you defeat the forces of corruption you will bring life, balance and peace back to each area you liberate.
