Last One Breathing is a survival adventure about making it back with enough to survive one more day.
Scavenge ruined locations room by room. Manage a limited backpack, fight when you must, barter for what you lack, and return home before danger catches up.
At night, your hunger, morale, wounds, gear, and barricade decide how ready you are for tomorrow.

Every item takes space. Choose what to carry, what to use, and what to leave behind.

Scout, search, fight, avoid traps, find exits, and push your luck as danger builds.

Craft supplies, upgrade stations, repair your backpack, and reinforce your barricade.
■ Barter & Trade
No simple shop. Trade item-for-item with survivors and decide what you can afford to lose.
■ Combat & Conditions
Weapons, armor, durability, injuries, sickness, hunger, and morale can all affect your run.

Grow your survivor through scavenging, crafting, combat, barter, and unique character traits.
