About the game
Description d’origine sur Steam
Kolchanovo: The Manor is a first-person psychological narrative experience set in a children’s sanatorium inside a former merchant house deep in the Russian woods. A journalist arrives to investigate the incident, as it was reported that the manor had been destroyed by fire. However, the building remains completely intact, and the surroundings feel strange and surreal. Nothing here seems to match reality. You decide to find out what is happening when you see a little girl appear in one of the windows. She may be the only one who can help you understand this place…
Game Features:
Immersive first-person walking simulator focused on deep narrative, exploration, and environmental storytelling.
Cinematic, film-like cutscenes that pull you deeper into the mystery.
A richly detailed, hyper-realistic setting inspired by a real Russian manor built in 1868. Over the decades it served as a merchant’s house, a military hospital, and a children’s sanatorium before tragically burning down in 2020.
Unique time-layer navigation: move between overlapping realities and eras within the same location.
Antagonists born from deep childhood fears, whispered scary stories from summer camps and sanatoriums, and ancient Slavic folklore.
A linear yet emotionally layered story about memory, loss, acceptance, and the possibility of rebirth.
