PARTY BATTLES AND TACTICAL COMBAT

Coordinate your party’s abilities in turn-based battles. Exploit weaknesses, use status effects, and break enemy defenses. In larger tactical encounters, the places you explore become battlefields: use positioning, height, and terrain to meet different objectives.

COMBINE SKILLS ACROSS CLASSES

Link your heroes to mysterious beings called Archetypes to change their classes and combat roles. Learn new skills and carry selected abilities into other classes to shape how each hero fights.

Return to the Mind Garden, a world inside Andi’s mind where your Archetypes gather. Strengthen their bonds with your heroes and develop new abilities.

EXPLORE BEYOND THE MAIN QUEST

Follow rumors, search off the main path, and discover optional dungeons and hidden Archetypes. Powers used outside battle let you break obstacles, open routes, and reach hidden resources. Some Archetypes unlock these powers, giving you new reasons to revisit familiar places.

Returning to towns can also reveal new conversations and opportunities.

JOURNEY THROUGH STRANGE WORLDS

Travel through snowy cities, strange forests, and worlds alive with shifting patterns and color. Some places are tiny worlds suspended above an ocean.

Take time to fish, cook, and seek out optional challenges along the way. An original soundtrack accompanies the journey.
