Headshot Holdout ist ein retroartiger Roguelite-Ego-Shooter, in dem Trupps aus 1–4 Spielern nur mit einem Gewehr beginnen und sich zu Zombievernichtungsmaschinen entwickeln. Es gibt weder automatische Waffen noch Gegner, die Unmengen an Kugeln schlucken. Strategie und Präzision sind entscheidend.
