You are a disposable employee of PIPECORE. Descend into infinite, procedurally generated sewers to clear blockages and survive. Manage your flashlight, wield your shotgun, and navigate claustrophobic tunnels where industrial filth meets horror. Clean the pipes or die trying.

Your job at PIPECORE is simple: maintain the flow. You are tasked with descending into the infinite sewer infrastructure to clear "biological obstructions" and trash build-ups. Management reminds you that safety equipment is expensive, but you are replaceable.
Horror Pipes is a claustrophobic survival horror FPS with roguelite elements. Navigate narrow, procedural tunnels, manage your dwindling resources, and decide whether to fight or run.
