👥 Crew → Delegate You can't forge, deal and shopkeep at once — so stop trying. Hire an ID maker to keep the bench warm, a dealer to move product, and a store manager to run the storefront. Every hire costs money up front and a wage every single day, and their skill is a roll of the dice — a cheap 30% hire is a liability with a name. Train them and they earn more, work faster, skim less, and stop leaving your register short. Pay peanuts, get caught.

💰 Launder → Reinvest Dirty money becomes clean businesses. Clean businesses buy better tools and upgrades. Repeat until your name means nothing and your money means everything.

🚓 Heat → Escape Every dirty deal gives the city a reason to look at you. Suspicion climbs: Watch, then Hot, then Wanted. Bribe the right cop, or earn the chase — because getting cuffed costs you half your cash, your gear, and the whole day.
