You wake up alone in a deteriorating hospital where the lights hum, the hallways twist, and the machines have begun to think for themselves. As a patient with a fractured past, your only goal is simple: escape before the sentient medical robots—once designed to heal—finish their transformation into relentless hunters.
But survival isn’t just about avoiding what stalks the corridors. Your own body and mind are breaking down. You’ll need to manage a fragile routine of pills, injections, and infusions to stay conscious, stable, and alive long enough to uncover what really happened here.
Solve environmental puzzles, navigate shifting areas of the hospital, and piece together clues left behind by former patients and staff. Every decision changes your path. Every slip in sanity twists your perception.
