About the game
A twin-stick shooter roguelite with a destination. Mow down thousands of zombies to deliver a package, then make it back to your van alive. Build your loadout mid-run, upgrade your gear between shifts, and turn every handcrafted pixel-art route into a bloodbath.
Original Steam description
DELIVER OR DIE
No timer to wait out. Every run is a job with a destination: deliver the package to the locker, fight your way back to the van, and extract. Die before you make it out, and your earnings die with you.
THOUSANDS OF ZOMBIES. REAL STREETS.
The dead don't shamble at you across an empty field. They flood through alleys, doorways and gaps in the barricades, and the layout of every route shapes the fight. Under the hood, a custom framework pushes 15,000+ animation frames in under 6 ms, so the game stays smooth even when the screen is wall-to-wall zombies.
BUILD YOUR LOADOUT
Kills drop EXP. Every level-up offers 3 of 25 upgrades, each with 5 tiers. Stack them until whole streets go down in seconds. Between shifts, spend your earnings in the ConEX Upgrade Store and trade your company-issued pistol for an AK.
HANDCRAFTED PIXEL-ART MEAT GRINDER
Zombies burst, split and come apart in gory detail, smoothed by LiquidPixel™: our depth-aware interpolation algorithm that generates additional animation frames, resulting in exceptionally fluid movement. Every route is built by hand like a diorama, down to the last crate, streetlight and body.
LORE
Year 2064: A groundbreaking invention changes the course of humanity: the Homeostasis Chip, or “H1 Chip.” This small device, implanted in the human body, ensures perfect health and grants immortality to anyone who uses it.
However, there is a catch: once the body dies, it keeps on living.
The result is the Global Zombie Outbreak of 2068. The H1 Chip was banned, the streets were lost, but logistics remained essential.
Today, ConEX maintains delivery operations across all affected zones. Advances in automation have reduced human labor to corrective employment.
You are one of the lucky ones selected to serve.
