Description d’origine sur Steam

Element TD was originally released in 2005 on WarCraft 3. Across the subsequent versions on StarCraft 2, Dota 2, Android/iOS, and Element TD 2 we've always aimed to add new things but stay true to the feel of the original. With the addition of heroes, Element TD 3 represents the capstone of the series.

Elements Assemble

You have six elements to combine that create 47 towers each with a unique ability. Because your towers are tied to your elements and their level, the choice you face is unlocking more types of towers versus higher levels for your existing ones. If you choose the latter and max out a tower, you unlock specializations for it. These allow you to change the nature and role of the tower.

Each element has its own strengths and weaknesses, so your choosing the right upgrade paths is crucial to winning. It's not just which towers you unlock and how far you upgrade them, what order you do it in matters too. The rock-paper-scissors nature of elemental damage means that you need a variety of towers to adapt and survive.

This is a game with an abundance of options for winning.

Heroes Arrive

Your Builder returns in Element TD 3 with a brand-new role: Hero. A longtime staple of the series, your Builder now enters the fray as a fully playable Hero for you. Stepping out from behind the construction hammer, your builder now wields new attacks, spell casts, and accumulated passives.

Choose between 12 Heroes with each wielding unique attacks and abilities. You also have a randomized additional pool of 60 spells tied to the elements to select from. As you gain and upgrade elements, you gain and upgrade spells for your hero from this pool. The end result is many different ways to play each hero.

Don't want to micromanage your spells? Stick them on smart autocast! Let your Hero cast spells on its own with optimal timing based on the situation.

Dynamic Battlefield

Every few waves the global weather randomly changes. It brings elemental boosts that you can synergize with. It also brings a unique elemental boss. The creep wave order is also random. Together they allow for a true endless end game with variety. No two games play the same!

Cooperate to Survive

Play with up to 8 players to synergize your elemental choices, tower placements, and hero usage. Each of the 8 co-op maps has a recurring unique scenario that encourages your team to come together to overcome the challenge. Leaderboards allow you to see how your team stacks up to others.

Battle or Go Solo

There is also a ruthless game of survival for you to play. Try to outlast your opponents in the long run by turtling for income or go in hard and fast to rush them to their death. There are 10 free-for-all maps to compete on. Solo leaderboard play allows you to compete in singleplayer.
