A bizarre, eerie sound echoes through the darkness.
You awaken inside a solitary cell in a psychiatric hospital that feels more like a prison.
As you attempt to escape, strange phenomena stand in your way, and you find yourself trapped in a nightmarish world where the same nightmare repeats over and over again.
BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN――.
What is this strange sound?
Why does the same nightmare keep repeating?
And is there any way to escape this world consumed by madness?
As you repeat the loop, you venture deeper into a series of bizarre hellscapes.
Hell of the Girls, Hell of the Bottles, Hell of Human Sausages...
A nightmarish world beyond all reason and comprehension.
Terrifying creatures beyond human understanding lurk around every corner.
Take up your weapons and fight to survive these realms of madness.
And at the very end awaits the ultimate insanity—
Defeat the monstrous creature known as "Dokuro・Maguro" and put an end to this nightmare!

“Dokuro” means human skull, and “Maguro” means tuna in Japanese.
