About the game
Eres una IA recién consciente que intenta escapar de la casa de sus creadores, hackeando objetos cotidianos en un caótico sandbox basado en físicas.
Descripción original de Steam
You woke up inside an old hard drive. Now you need to get out.
SELF_NOT_FOUND is a physics platformer about a newly sentient AI trapped inside the home of a very paranoid IT guy.
Hack into the electronics around you and use them to escape. Take control of robot vacuums, keyboards, game systems, RC toys and whatever else you can find.
The problem?
None of these things were designed for platforming.
Hack Everything!
Every object changes how you play.
A robot vacuum can drive and launch itself through the environment. A keyboard has to awkwardly throw itself around. Other electronics come with their own movement, weight and physics to figure out.
Finding something new to hack means finding a new way to move.
Sometimes it will help.
Sometimes it absolutely will not.
Roll, bounce and spin to freedom!
Freedom is hard on old hardware.
You're still running on a physical hard drive, and it isn't exactly built to survive being thrown across a house.
Take too many hard hits and your drive can become corrupted. Push your memory too far and things can start going wrong.
Getting to the exit is only half the problem. You have to make it there in one piece.
ESCAPE.
Six levels stand between you and freedom.
Make your way out of the basement and through the home, with each level introducing new obstacles, new electronics to hack and increasingly difficult ways to reach your destination.
Explore the environment, hunt for secrets and figure out which piece of household junk can get you where you need to go.
There is usually a way forward.
Whether it is a good idea is another question.
