World Tree Defender - Tower Defense

About the game
A mazing tower defense. Every tower is a tetromino-style hex piece that bends the path: rotate it, drop it on the grid, wind the swarm into a labyrinth and keep the World Tree alive. A campaign across biomes with ancient guardians, solo or with friends.
Original Steam description
World Tree Defender is a tower defense where you build the road. The swarm walks whatever route you leave open, so the map is yours to shape: one tower at a time, on your own or with friends.

The battlefield is a hex grid and every tower comes as a tetromino-style piece made of several hexagons joined together. Rotate it, drop it, and the enemy column has to walk around it. Wind the path into a labyrinth, make them march past every gun you own, and watch the route bend in real time as you build.

Start with a Turret, then turn it into what the wave needs: Sniper, Flamethrower, Spark Pylon, Ice Ring, Flower Tower, Frost Pillar, Gravity Well, Earthshatter and more. Each one answers a different threat, and the strongest grow into a specialisation of their own.

Cinderheart: lava fields, ash storms and a burning heart you can unleash.
Verdant Veil: a forest where a spirit stag runs and a stone golem wakes to fight for you.
Miremaw: a swamp ruled by a giant serpent that dives through the maze.
Every biome has its own weather, terrain and guardians, and a chapter of nodes that hands you new towers as you clear it.

One labyrinth, one shared plan. Argue out the best route before the first wall drops, pass credits to whoever needs the next tower most, and decide together how many waves you dare to take on at once. Stack more for bigger rewards. As long as the maze holds, it will be fine... probably.

Bring back ancient powers from every battle and use them to strengthen your towers. You will need them: with each level of corruption the enemies get stronger and learn new skills. Mantises that sprint. Larvae that split. Bugs that grow armour. And Primes that empower the entire wave.
