Descripción original de Steam
Mortuus is a round-based zombies FPS for 1 to 4 players. Survive the round, spend your points, choose your upgrade and last as long as you can. The rules are familar but the map is not.
Every run builds a new procedurally generated map, so the doors, the perk machines, the mystery box and the way out are never where they were last time. Play solo or with friends
No run starts on a layout you have memorized. Rooms, corridors, courtyards and dead ends are rebuilt each time, in daylight or at night, in clear weather or a storm. You learn the game, not the map.
Buy doors and clear debris to open the map, and find the power switch. Hit the mystery box or take a gun off the wall. Buy perks from machines scattered across the map. Feed your gun to the Gun Ascension altar and choose how it gets stronger, as many times as you can afford. After every round, pick one upgrade from a draft and build something different each run.
Arms and legs come off where you shoot them. Shoot the legs and they crawl. Big guns punch holes straight through. Bodies fall the way the bullet sent them, then bleed out, burn up or shatter depending on how they died.
From the early rounds some zombies chase you, some cut you off and some go around. Later they are joined by worse things: the Juggernaut, Skitter and more which charges through its own horde to grab you, the Lope, which runs on its arms, and the Skitter, which comes across the ceiling.
