Original Steam description

The doors are closed. Your work isn't over.

Anomaly Manual: Aquarium is a single-player, first-person horror game set on the night shift at an aquarium. After closing, you must deal with visitors still lingering in the exhibits and finish your assigned duties. The employee handbook lists your tasks alongside warnings that are harder to explain. Read it carefully before you begin.

Step inside the aquarium after closing

Patrol the exhibits, speak with lingering visitors, help them recover lost belongings, and decide when to ask them to leave. Some requests seem ordinary, but deserve a closer look. Your shift may also call for a diving suit and a trip into the tanks to clean the glass, giving you a different view of the aquarium from underwater.

Please follow the employee handbook

Some rules seem overly cautious until you encounter what they warn about. Watch for changes in the visitors and your surroundings, and judge when to keep working and when to stop. Breaking the rules may make the rest of your shift more dangerous. And that familiar handbook may not always say the same thing.

A story that unfolds with each shift

A main storyline runs through your shifts and your life outside work. Phone calls, emails, and records left in the aquarium gradually reveal its past. As the nights go on, details that once seemed unimportant begin to take on a different meaning.
