Rey: Shattered Darkness

Time has broken. Eras bleed into one another: gothic ruins stand in the shadow of Japanese temples, and things that should never have met now hunt the same ground.

Rey was home when the tear opened. Now she’s somewhere else entirely, in a world coming apart at the seams, and the only way back is through it. Along the way she’ll find unlikely allies, new powers and the truth behind the shattering.

Read the blow. Combat is built on timing, not button-mashing. Block, parry, punish. Light and heavy strikes, shield bashes, sprint attacks. Every enemy telegraphs its attacks. Learn the tells and you’ll walk through fights that once killed you.

Burn out the corruption. Dark hearts spread corruption through the world, and everything inside it fights harder. Imbue your blade with holy power, break the heart and take the ground back.

No two runs alike. Encounters are reshuffled every time you play and get harder the deeper you go. Die, and you face the same fight again. Learn it, beat it, move on.

Move like you mean it. Tight, responsive platforming with wall climbs, traps and hazard-heavy routes, built with the same care as the combat.

Three heroes. Start as Rey and unlock two more as you play, each with their own moves, abilities and upgrades. Every character shares the same currency, so every run counts.

Hand-crafted pixel art over layered parallax backgrounds, played with keyboard and mouse or controller. No microtransactions, no online requirement. Pay once and it’s yours forever.
