Over the course of four intense days, you'll navigate a whirlwind of tough decisions as you review claims, manage budgets, and determine the fate of desperate customers.
Will you approve life-saving treatments, or deny them to protect the company's bottom line? The power is in your hands, and every choice you make carries weight.
