You skipped town in a hurry, and this city doesn’t care who you used to be. An old friend covers a motel room and points you at the docks. The rest is on you.
YOUR FIRST HUSTLE
The port is full of cheap imported goods and people too lazy to drive down and get them. So you do. Pack a van, mark it up, deliver it. Congratulations, you’re an entrepreneur.
STOP DOING IT YOURSELF
Moving every box by hand has a ceiling, and it’s low. Hire your first employees, put a fleet on the road, and start running the part of the business that runs other people.
