As the numbers of combat ready soldiers in the ranks of the remaining army continue to dwindle, High command devised a plan to use convicts as manpower via mind control. Now your task is to hunt mutants around the sector using this experimental technology.

The dwindling ranks of the remaining U.S. military force are being replenished in a desperate experiment: convicts are recruited and fully lobotomized via mind‑altering technology.
Starting a government subsidized brigade headed south to help the Texans the aircraft gets shot down you must take on contracts from the stranded and encircled Oklahoma stadium. Use a half state provided and half salvaged arsenal of lobotomized humans and remotely controlled vehicles to rid America of the mutant pestilence one contract at a time.
